One of the UAE’s largest real estate developers, running property sales, registration, and customer operations on Salesforce.

Key achievements

  • Designed and implemented the end-to-end Salesforce integration with Dubai Land Department (DLD) and OQOOD systems to automate property unit registration.
  • Developed scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce Flow, and declarative platform development.
  • Translated complex business requirements into secure, maintainable solutions aligned with enterprise architecture and development standards.
  • Enhanced Salesforce applications supporting complex approval workflows, financial processes, and customer operations.
  • Collaborated with business stakeholders, QA, and integration teams to deliver high-quality enterprise solutions while resolving production issues and implementing platform enhancements.

Architecture highlights

  • Government registry integration (Dubai Land Department / OQOOD) reached through a MuleSoft layer rather than direct callouts from Apex.
  • Batch status reconciliation that syncs registration status back into Salesforce, rather than depending on an inbound callback from the registry.
  • Validation, error handling, and asynchronous processing across the registration workflow.
